Today, I finished Jaclyn Fissinger’s Ankle Study! The result was amazing. Two sessions with Dr. Miller, Jaclyn’s adviser on her research, my left ankle is the same as the right ankle!
Wow! Super cool ~
I made sandwiches for the week consisting of: sundry tomatoes, lettuce, hummus, BREAD, alfalfa, and slices of ham from the Wegmans’ deli. Ate one, excited to eat the rest!
Watched this youtube video today with Wayne Dryer and Oprah Winfrey
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4zhQ3M892E
and then found a cool quote from watching the video:
“Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it.”
It was interesting (the video). The quote was a reminder for me today about how powerful forgiveness can really be. Wayne Dryer forgave his father, who was an alcoholic and never was there for Wayne when he was growing up. The book I’m reading, Half the Sky by Nicholas D. Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn, has stories of rape victims in various countries who have forgiven the people who hurt them and are trying to make the world a better place. I just noticed that as a recurring theme going on right now for me.
Productive Sunday…YES! with my White Chocolate Pancakes.
