The day has been busy with writing and job applications!

It is weird of thinking of the New Year. 2015 is strange to write. I feel I was almost comfortable with writing 2014. I remember being in fourth grade where we had just gotten back to school after the New Year. I made the mistake of writing the previous year. I thought, “Oh shoot!” I was hopeful that no one saw. If anyone did they didn’t tell it to me!

I use to say Jimmy Cricket whenever I hurt a toe or something on the lines of that. Interesting…. It’s not like I go around cursing with every other sentence though!

I remember I kept a journal or more  a diary of sorts when I was a kid. I had written bits. When I was home, I read through some parts of this handwritten diaries I had in college and in high school. I like to say ladies and gent: I have become older and wiser! Especially, wiser since there are only one version of each diary. I use to write way more in cursive. It was hard to read cursive for me now, because no uses it anymore. I learned a way of writing for no significant purpose besides…what reason would there be! I would say cursive looks beautiful, there is a whole art form dedicated to it. I mean as in using in everyday living. Oh, where am I going with this?

Well, I hope everyone had a great start to the New Year. I am very grateful that I did. Look out 2015, there’s a whole new adventure waiting to be taken 🙂
